Canada (Domestic):

United States: $18 CAD (~$13 USD)
✓ FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 USD

International (Worldwide): Starting at $15 CAD, up to $50 CAD depending on destination and package weight
✓ FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250 CAD

Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 5-10 business days
International: 8-22 business days

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available. International rates start at $15 CAD and varies based on destination and package weight. Please allow 8-22 business days for delivery, plus additional time for customs clearance. International customers outside of Canada and the US are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. (We cover all duties and tariff charges for US orders).

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Since all our items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product listing includes detailed measurements. Vintage and rework clothing sizing differs from modern sizing, so we always recommend checking the measurements against your own clothing. When in doubt, feel free to contact us for sizing advice!

What condition are the items in?

We describe the condition of each item honestly in the product description. Most items are in good vintage condition with normal signs of wear. Any flaws, stains, or damage are photographed and noted in the listing.

May I request more photos or information?

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and E-Transfer.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway. We never store your credit card information.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@goneagain.ca. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
